The Zuma Lumisonic supports Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n/ac/2.4GHz/5GHz network standards.
The Zuma Luminaire supports Wi-Fi 2.4GHz network standards.
If you cannot see your SSID in the setup section of the app, please check your router/AP is broadcasting its SSID (Network name) on 2.4ghz
If your network is already split between 2.4Ghz/5Ghz, please check if the security encryption for 2.4Ghz is set to WPA-2.
For network keys like TKIP/AES, we would suggest using AES as it is a newer standard.
Zuma products do not support WEP/WPA2-Enterprise level encryption.
